This policy explains what personal data Klicks Design ("we") collects through https://klicksdesign.com, why, and what your choices are. We keep data collection to the minimum the site needs to function and improve.

What we collect

  • Form submissions. When you use the contact or free-audit forms, we collect the details you enter (e.g. name, email, agency, the URL you ask us to review). These are sent to us via our forms processor, Web3Forms, and used only to reply to your request.
  • Analytics. If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymised, aggregate usage — pages viewed, time on site, traffic source. This helps us improve the site. No analytics runs until you opt in.
  • Server logs. Our host may keep standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and reliability.

Cookies & consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all non-essential storage — analytics, advertising, personalisation — is denied until you make a choice in the cookie banner. Only essential functionality runs before consent. You can change your choices any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and on legitimate interest for essential security logging and for responding to enquiries you send us.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run the site — currently our forms processor (Web3Forms) and, where enabled and consented, Google Analytics — and where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry and audit-request data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' configured retention window.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email nadia@klicksdesign.com.
